Your instructor

Mika is a certified Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, having completed advanced training in Bali and India. She has also dedicated herself to studying female anatomy, cyclical living, and becoming a qualified Hormone Yoga Therapist. Additionally, Mika is an IIN hormone health coach. Her training includes 200 hours of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, 100 hours of myofascial Yin Yoga in Bali, 36 hours of Flyhigh Yoga in Gili Trawangan, Bali, 300 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, 600h of Hormone Yoga Therapy with Dinah Rodriguez and 85h of Prenatal Yoga with Yogarenew.

She brings a wealth of expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role as an instructor for the "Prenatal Balance" course.

As an advocate for balanced living and a guide for soon-to-be mothers, Mika’s philosophy intertwines the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of prenatal wellbeing. Mika was creating and filming this course during her own pregnancy.
