Hi, I’m Mika.

I’m a Hormone Yoga Therapist, INN Hormone Health Coach and Yoga teacher.

My passion is to share Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Hormone Yoga with you.

Yoga inspires me, gives me strength, clarity, willpower and eases whenever needed.

I learned how the body is functioning in the different “seasons” of the cycle, when I stopped taking the contraceptive pill.

The practice of Hormone Yoga therapy and the knowledge of hormone health and an adapted lifestyle helped me to regulate the cycle, get rid off PMS and to feel balanced and energized.

I am 41 years young and live a well balanced and cyclical lifestyle on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Step by step: Get to experience the warm up, the daily practice and the relaxation phase. Bonus: one calming breathing techniques and one anti-stress-technique to rebalance the nervous system.

Hormone Yoga Therapy advanced

Practice the daily series in real time. It takes only 30min of regular practice to see amazing results.

Hormone Yoga Flow

The combination of Vinyasa Yoga and Hormone Yoga Flow to spice up your practice. You get to experience one introduction Hormone Yoga Flow, plus two short and more advanced Hormone Yoga Flows.

This course can help you with PMS, Perimenopause, Menopause, infertility , PCOS , loss of menstruation, hair loss, dry skin, acne, hot flashes, genital dryness, libido, weight management, energy levels, anxiety, sleep, emotional stability, clarity, confidence and much more.

The practice of Hormone Yoga will take you approximately 30min , once you learned the sequence.

Studies have shown that the estrogen level can increase up to 254% within 4 month of practice if your estrogen level is low. The symptoms of low hormones have disappeared or are close to zero.

Hot flashes disappeared in two month time.

Urogenital dryness disappears after 5 days already.

Stress, irritation and emotional instability have improved within 2 month.

In case you cannot practice Hormone Yoga Therapy, I would recommend you to stick to a Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga practice.

What do I need for the course?

All you really need is a computer / laptop / pad or phone plus, of course, an internet connection. For the yoga lessons you will need comfortable clothing, a yoga or exercise mat and one pillow.
